Announcements 9/1/24

-The Support our Students ministry would like to thank everyone who donated to the school supplies drive this year.  168 Families and 522 children were served through the efforts of a coalition of 12 Watertown churches hosting this ministry.  Thank you!

-We need help in the sound booth!  We are very short on people who can run the sound board.  Training is available!  If interested, please contact Amee Mertens at (920) 988-2158 or

-One week until Fall Kick Off!!  Starting Sunday, September 8, several Bible and book studies will be starting, Sunday School resumes, 11:00am service resumes.  It is a big day around here! The inductive Bible study of the Gospel of Matthew is the first to start!  If interested, please sign up in the Connection Center TODAY so a book can be ordered for you.  If you have questions, please contact Pat Ebert at or (262) 443-0911.  There are sign up sheets in the connection center and if you  could have the attached QR code on the screen as well, that would be great!

-Middle School and High School Kick Off, Sunday September 8: 

• Sunday School: The morning of September 8th, all students grades 9-12 will meet for Sunday School at 9:30am in the Library/Conference Room on the lower level. 
• Students’ Evening Fall Kickoff 9/8

As we get the ball rolling this year, the first event will be our Fall Kick Off which will be for all students, Grades 6-12, AND THEIR PARENTS.  The event will be held Sunday, September 8th from 5 pm-7 pm right here on the River Valley grounds (we will have it indoors if it rains).  This will be a time for all of us to play games, eat supper, and get to know each other. Food will be provided.

-Thank you to all who helped move items for the carpets to be cleaned.  We appreciate every single one of you!  Many hands made “lighter” work!
