Announcements 12-1-24

1. Calling all men! On Saturday December 7th @ 9am, there is a women's brunch here at the church.  There are over 200 ladies coming and they all need their coffee! Please help us setup, serve and tear-down at this fun Christmas event!  Sign up in the Connection Center!
2. Christmas In-Reach-Christmas is coming up and some families have a hard time financially this time of year.  Here at River Valley, we hope to help with this, with our Christmas In-reach program.  In the Welcome Center there is a table that has cards listing a gift requests.  If you are able to, stop by the table, take a card, buy the gift, wrap it, and return it by December 15th.
3. SAF Christmas Potluck- Senior adults, the Christmas potluck will be Friday December 13th from 12-2pm in the lower level.  Bring a gender neutral gift with a $10 value and a dish to pass.
4. Christmas Bash-Announcing the first ever River Valley Christmas Bash!

Get the idea?  We're going to celebrate the joy of Jesus' birth with a good, old-fashioned Christmas gathering of our River Valley family.  This is not just for families, this is not just for kids, this is not just for seniors, THIS IS FOR EVERYBODY!

There will be Christmas activities, food, fun and community!  Come for a few minutes, an hour, or the whole time.  It's open to infants, 90-year-olds, and everything in between.  

PS-And don't forget to wear your most ugly Christmas sweater.
