IMPACTS = (International Missions Preparing for ACTS 1:8)

"But you shall receive power when the Holy Spirit has come upon you; and you shall be witnesses to Me in Jerusalem, and in all Judea and Samaria, and to the end of the earth." (Acts 1:8)


Our objectives are:


  1. To find, recruit, train, send, and support international missionaries who share the witness of Jesus with unreached and unengaged nationals
  2. To educate and keep the River Valley church family informed of international mission truths and opportunities of the missionaries serving in various areas in the world
  3. To promote and manage River Valley’s international mission program


What is “IMPACTS”?


River Valley Alliance Church has many, many outreach ministries.  IMPACTS is engaged in the International Workers (IW) arena.  The international work is concerned with 2 different venues- supporting IW through focused, deliberate prayer, and supporting IW with a boots on the ground presence through short-term, international missions trips.

 

IMPACTS is also responsible for keeping a heightened awareness of the Christian and Missionary Alliance Great Commission Fund.
